Ok...so now it's time to get off my lazy ass...boooo!!....as tommorrow (7th Nov) I'm back off to Hungary for the last few weeks of shooting.
Not really sure what I'll be up to this time since no one over there can quite decide yet..might be some more Hellboy...might be...this other dude I'm not allowed to tell you about (sorry)...or even these other geezers who (yeah you guessed it!) I'm also not allowed to tell you about!!
Hopefully it'll all be over in a couple of weeks time and I'll have a few more lurid tales of debauchery and rubber (and who's **^!!??**** who at the wrap party!!...hehe!!) to share with you...in the meantime keep up the great work and remember...if you can't be good be sure to always blame someone else!!

On a serious note though I am interested in how you got on...so please tell.
Not far yet... turns out casting body parts is a lot different than casting little figurines! LOL
Im a quick study though and i will be pro by the summer! ...maybe... okay that is just wishful thinking...
I cant find anyone who will let me cast their head! (probably cause they think i will kill them) so i will just have to build one from scratch!
Like most of these types of skills body casting really isn't so difficult...pro's try to big it up to make themselves sound clever!!...I've been casting folk for years now and haven't killed one yet!! (least no one that'd be missed!!).
Again if you ever need any advice don't be shy in asking!
Your personal location these days makes little difference to where or what you work on...it's as esy to fly someone from Oregon to Hungary as it is from LA to Hungary for instance. Making contacts takes time is all...and luck...one thing leads to another and small indie film makers become big Hollywood players and there's your opportunity.
To be perfectly honest though if I could have a guaranteed flow of small indie movies then that's all I'd do...they're always waaaay more fun and you end up with so much more artistic input. Hellboy has been great fun I wont dent that, but I've had almost zero input into what appears on screen, it's all working to art department designs and other peoples visions...I've just been the hired hands to get it done.
