Looks like this little fey has had a nasty encounter with something toothy and hungry. Faeries are very tough, resilient creatures however and providing she can stay out of further trouble she should heal up as good as new!

This uses photo background and sampling.

This is so sweet and yet brutal, I feel so sorry for the poor thing.
It's extremely realistic, though I think the shoulder wound is a little too sharp comparing with the soft blur of the rest of the picture. You probably want the viewer to focus on it but I think it takes away from the realism, looks painted over. You did not paint the hair, did you? That must be the underlying picture. Anyways, it looks awesome, truly beautiful and sick. Makes my heart ache.

You're right about that shoulder wound...I might fix that.
The hair has been manipulated and added to but the majority of it is lifted from a photo.
